Next build stepThe Sky section is the observation-round trainer. It runs on the same sky engine as the band on the front page and the charts in Chapter 1.
What this part of the site will hold
- Explorer: any city, date and time, with constellation lines, borders, the coordinate grid, the ecliptic, deep-sky objects and the planets.
- Trainer: identify the constellation, tap the star, names and Bayer letters, Messier and other deep-sky objects, borders, estimating coordinates, angular distances and magnitudes, missing stars, and reasoning tasks such as finding the latitude, date and time of a sky.
- Packs from beginner to gold-level difficulty, with accuracy and speed recorded for each question type.
- A telescope finder and eyepiece view for star-hopping and setting circles.
- Every miss links to the theory behind it, and a red night mode protects your night vision outdoors.
